Here we are at episode 7 and finally getting around to what this show was conceived for: schooling noobs! In the first part of our noob tactics series, we get down to the most basic elements of deployment. We’ll explain why it is a good idea to start your troops off facing TOWARDS the enemy, (unless you’re fighting Deamons. In that case, just run!) how to fake out your opponent using Heisenberg’s uncertainty principal, (A classic noob tactic in which you just deploy your army in random positions in the hopes of making veteran players think too hard.) and why you should never deep strike your jump infantry in a forest. ( Only YOU can prevent forest fires.) We round things out with a review of Chris Wraight’s Battle of the Fang, a book with more explosions than a Michael Bay movie.
